-The students cook different recipies. They choose one favorite meal of them and one traditional meal of their country and region. They buy the ingrediens, cook and eat the menue. This is documented by photos and the recipies.

Then the meals are shipped by mail and each country tries the meals of the other countries.

In the end there is built a international cooking book in each country.
